Build-to-Suit

We work with both landlords and tenants to build structure and finishes per tenant’s specifications on the landlord’s property, often with the landlord carrying much of the expense based on the term of the lease. By working closely with both parties we can get the best value and use for Build to Suit. Build to Suit can apply to stand alone structures or to additions in existing structures.
